It’s no secret that healthcare is a sector always in need of new talent. We worked with the Victorian Order of Nurses (VON) to create a series of recruitment videos for social media and the VON website. These videos focused on three roles at VON: Registered Nurses, Continuing Care Assistants and Client Service Associates. We followed current team members in these roles, interviewed them to learn about the positions and reinforced the day-to-day work with high-energy visuals.
